The communication barrier that can exists between student and instructor contributes to this dropout rate. Providing better communication solutions between instructor and student will help the student to feel more connected in the online environment thus lessing the chance of a dropout for the student.

1. Cause of withdrawal
Students' poor time management
Instructor not understanding to follow up on student, providing regular feedbacks, and reminders.
2. Solution
Online instructor should be proactive with student interactions, reminders, and just how are you doing. This will help student with more focus effort

This is the true point. The barrier that exist between the student and the instructor to communicate. The barrier is call DIISM analysis dissect how this barrier could be allivated.
